Cancellation/Refund Policy
The following terms apply to our Airbnb-type short-term rentals.
- If a booking is cancelled three (3) or more days before check-in date - Full refund (less 10% admin fee + any commission fees paid).
- If a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours (2 days) before check-in date - 50% refund (May not apply for group bookings of 2 or more rooms).
- If a booking is cancelled the day before or on the date of check-in or after check-in date - No refund.
- No show - We take this as if you have cancelled the booking on the day of check-in and no refund is given.
Please note that all cancellations must be sent in writing by email to stay@thesolo.co.za in order for your cancellation to be valid.
